Evidence tiers

Every substantive claim on this site carries, implicitly or explicitly, one of four tiers:

Authorship and review

Pages name their author and a separate reviewer. Authorship means the named person drafted the page against primary sources; review means a second pass checked tier discipline and sourcing. Updates are dated on every page.

Independence

No affiliate links, no sponsored posts, no paid placements, no free products, no vendor consulting, no link exchanges. A brand’s appearance on this site is never purchasable — in either direction, which includes our refusal to remove accurate negative coverage for payment.

What we refuse to publish

Corrections

Corrections arrive via the contact page. Material corrections change the page and its update date; insignificant ones (typos) are fixed silently. We do not unpublish accurate coverage at anyone’s request — vendor or critic.
